It's New Year's Eve. Your best friend just died, you've been robbed... twice, your girlfriend is leaving you, you've just lost your job... and the only one left to talk to is a burglar you've got tied up in the kitchen. What's a guy to do??

Two desperate characters form a rather unusual friendship in this upbeat tale about a struggling actor in the midst of a run of bad luck, and the unfortunate burglar he discovers hiding in his apartment loft.

Kirkwood manages to combine the most marvelous light witty dialogue with the most harrowing of events absolutely fascinating." Nora Ephron

"A darkly hued comedy, raunchily funny wonderful show biz dialogue that crackles." LA Free Press
